Goal
- Today, uname -p on RHEL 10 prints unknown. This is not desirable from a backwards compatibility perspective.
- Upstream coreutils does not want to fix this with a patch.
- We have the required information during the glibc build, so we should add a helpful #define to <sys/utsname.h> in glibc.
Acceptance Criteria
- The <sys/utsname.h> header in glibc defines a UNAME_PROCESSOR macro with a useful value for each RHEL architecture.
