glibc: Provide <sys/utsname.h> support for uname -p (coreutils)

      Goal

      • Today, uname -p on RHEL 10 prints unknown. This is not desirable from a backwards compatibility perspective.
      • Upstream coreutils does not want to fix this with a patch.
      • We have the required information during the glibc build, so we should add a helpful #define to <sys/utsname.h> in glibc.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • The <sys/utsname.h> header in glibc defines a UNAME_PROCESSOR macro with a useful value for each RHEL architecture.
