Description of problem:
There are 3 hyperlinks present in the "Help" menu of the cockpit web console and all of them are not landing to appropriate destinations.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Cockpit web panel and log in with any user.
2. Click on the "Help" menu present at the top right corner beside the "Session" menu
3. Click on all the 3 hyperlinks one by one and observed the landing page.

Actual results:
1. The "Red Hat Enterprise Linux documentation" hyperlink takes to the 404 not found page.

2. The "Web Console" hyperlink takes to the RHEL 8 web console documentationhttps://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8/html/managing_systems_using_the_rhel_8_web_console/index

3. The "Configuring System Settings" hyperlink takes to the RHEL 8 documentation page https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8/html/managing_systems_using_the_rhel_8_web_console/getting-started-with-the-rhel-8-web-console_system-management-using-the-rhel-8-web-console

Expected results:
1. The "Red Hat Enterprise Linux documentation" hyperlink should take to the official RHEL 9 documentation page[as of now maybe beta one]: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/9-beta
