      Installed pcp and wanted to start pmlogger

      Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      pcp-6.2.1-1.el9.x86_64

      How reproducible:

      Steps to reproduce

      1. dnf install pcp
      2. systemctl start pmlogger

      Expected results

      pmlogger starts

      Actual results

      When running with `-x`, you see:

      + sed -n -f /var/tmp/pmlogger_rc.L27TuG8hr/pcp.env.sed
      /etc/pcp.env: line 218: ps: command not found
      

      line 218 is:

          $PCP_PS_PROG $PCP_PS_ALL_FLAGS \
          | sed -n -f $__tmp.sed \
          | sort -n -u
      

      And pcp_ps_prog is:

      /etc/pcp.conf:PCP_PS_PROG=ps
