What were you trying to do that didn't work?

logrotate rsyslog config containing different way of reloading service than previous version of RHEL.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

rsyslog-8.2312.0-1.el10.x86_64

How reproducible:

Run rsyslog upstream test.

Steps to reproduce

1. $ git clone https://github.com/RedHat-SP-Security/rsyslog-tests.git 
2. run  in working dir $ tmt --context distro=rhel-10.0 run plan --default -vvv prepare discover -h fmf -t /Regression/posixly-correct -vv provision -h connect --guest IP -u USER -p PASSWORD execute --how tmt --interactive login finish

Expected results - RHEL-9.4

/usr/bin/systemctl -s HUP kill rsyslog.service >/dev/null 2>&1 || true

Actual results - RHEL-10.0

/usr/bin/systemctl reload rsyslog.service >/dev/null 2>&1 || true
