      rhsmcertd is the systemd service that performs the regular check-in on a connected/registered system. This has been always done, as seen eg in RHEL 9:

      # grep -C 1 rhsm /usr/lib/systemd/system-preset/90-default.preset 
      # https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1271839
      enable rhsmcertd.service
      
      

      Hence, please add the same preset also in EL10. It looks like this is done in centos-release in older versions.
