What were you trying to do that didn't work?

PCS tier1 tests that use fence-agents-apc failed in gating. Mostly, the pycurl module could not be imported, or apc agent returned no/invalid metadata.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

Not sure, the same tests ran without failure in CentOS Stream: https://centos.softwarefactory-project.io/zuul/t/centos/build/b11d0a79b707421f94ac8345ab6495e0
I tested the commands from failed tests on RHEL 10 with the new pcs package and their behavior was correct.
