What were you trying to do that didn't work?
libkdumpfile was retired from EPEL in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2242594 as it's now included in RHEL, but the libkdumpfile-devel package is currently unshipped, which among other things is breaking upstream CI for drgn (https://github.com/osandov/drgn/commit/bee9d25a442efa642c01e2ec04330f24553e8762) by preventing building it from source due to the missing dependency.
We'd like to request libkdumpfile-devel to be added to CRB, in accordance to the unshipped packages policy.
Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:
libkdumpfile-0.5.2-2.el9

- notice it's not there
