role not able to create/copy katello-server-ca.pem cert in client system for communication between client and satellite server.

As a workaround after installation katello-ca-consumer-latest.noarch.rpm package role works fine.

rpm -Uvh http://rhel-satellite-hostname/pub/katello-ca-consumer-latest.noarch.rpm --force
