[el10] cups.service has to be enabled

      cups.service has to be enabled, because the common RHEL/CentOS Stream usage of CUPS is print server, so cupsd daemon has to run.

      Other units - cups.socket and cups.path - can stay enabled as they are from Fedora presets.
