Description of problem:
When I register to Insights a RHEL 7.9 subscribed to a Satellite 6.11 it duplicates the system on Inventory.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Client: 3.1.7
Core: 3.1.15-1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Provision a RHEL 7.9 system

2. Download katello RPM from the Satellite instance:
curl -sSOk https://ci-vm-10-0-141-207.hosted.upshift.rdu2.redhat.com/pub/katello-ca-consumer-latest.noarch.rpm

3. Install katello: yum -y install katello-ca-consumer-latest.noarch.rpm

4. Subscribe the system: subscription-manager register --org='

' --activationkey='

'

5. Go to the Satellite instance UI and run inventory sync upload by clicking on "Sync inventory status" button and then on the "restart" button:

6. On the RHEL 7.9 system install insights-client:
yum install -y insights-client

7. Run insights-client register: insights-client --register

8 Go to Insights Inventory UI and search for your system https://console.redhat.com/insights/inventory/

Actual results:
The system shows up duplicated on Insights Inventory UI

Expected results:
Only one record of your system is shown

Additional info:
I tried to reproduce the same issue in newer RHEL versions like 8.* but it didn't happen. I can only reproduce it on RHEL 7.9
