Steps to reproduce

1. Install mod_auth_mellon
2. Look for help with troubleshooting in /usr/share/doc/mod_auth_mellon/README.redhat.rst
3. Try to install mod_auth_mellon-diagnostics as instructed in step 2

Expected results

dnf finds and installs package providing:

/usr/lib64/httpd/modules/mod_auth_mellon-diagnostics.so

(alternatively any steps required to make dnf find the package are detailed in /usr/share/doc/mod_auth_mellon/README.redhat.rst)

Actual results

dnf finds no package named mod_auth_mellon-diagnostics
