      boot upgrade

      Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      bootc-0.1.9-3.el9_4.x86_64

      How reproducible:

      Unsure> messing with rpm-ostree I initially was seeing RHEL-35866

      Somehow I ended up with this error instead.

      Expected results

      Bootc needs to clearly state how to resolve this problem.
