The libc_malloc_debug.so.0 DSO should not be installed by default.

The DSO is intended for debugging purposes only and should be moved into glibc-utils or glibc-devel for non-production developer usage.

Support for transparent huge pages was added in upstream glibc 2.35 which makes the requirement from libhugetlbfs no longer required.

This issue is about preparing the mid-stream spec file to move the DSO to a different package.
