We'd like to rebase python-blivet in RHEL 10 Beta to the latest upstream release 3.10. This includes following notable changes:

Removed support for Python 2
Support for adding additional disks to existing Stratis pool
Support for Stratis encryption with Clevis/Tang
Support for semi-automatic growing of LVMPV format to fill the underlying block devices.
