.You can no longer create stonith resources in bundles, clones, and groups

The `pcs resource` commands do not accept stonith resource IDs, and the `pcs stonith` commands do not accept resource IDs. With this update, it is now impossible to create bundles, and clones, and groups with stonith resources, as these are unsupported configurations. You must use the correct command for the type of resource you are creating.
