When generating an `anaconda-iso`, we're getting a failure to build an anaconda-iso for rhel on a subscribed host. The code does not propagate the `/run/secrets` mount into the osbuild invocations of dnf.

A key aspect is having

ls -al /etc/pki/entitlement-host -> ../../run/secrets/etc-pki-entitlement

And without that, the dnf invocations run through osbuild are just going to get a 404.
