      Creating Filesystem resource with already mounted mountpoint doesnt fail.

      Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create Filesystem with directory set to a directory that's already mounted
      2.  
      3.  

      Expected results

      Fails and doesnt unmount already mounted device.

      Actual results

      Doesnt fail and keeps running. Unmounts already mounted device when the resource is  stopped.
