      Description

Podman healthchecks can emit too many events to journald with sufficient container density. This feature would introduce user configuration to containers.conf that allows these to be disabled.

When the "healthchecks_event" field in containers.conf is set to `false`, healthcheck events are no longer logged.  When it is set to true, healthcheck events are logged.
