anaconda-iso `Volume id` should follow osinfo-db

      anaconda-iso `Volume id` should follow the https://gitlab.com/libosinfo/osinfo-db/-/blob/main/data/os/redhat.com/rhel-9.4.xml.in , just like RHEL boot.iso, Volume id: RHEL-9-4-0-BaseOS-x86_64

      The correct `Volume id` will make install.iso work with virt-install --location.
