      From RHEL 8, logrotate package changes its configuration files a bit. If admin modified /etc/logrotate.conf at RHEL 7, it can cause problem when in-place upgrade from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8.

      If leapp preupgrade detect modification of /etc/logrotate.conf and alearting this in preupgrade report, it is worthful to customers.
