Description

The current set of realtime testing tools is geared towards running as processes on a system dedicated to running realtime workloads. We need to modify these tasks and possibly create new tests and/or frameworks for running workloads as containers to make it easier to evaluate realtime performance in environments such as OpenShift.

Acceptance Criteria

Ability to run individual realtime-tests in podman container

Ability for rteval to launch and manage containers
