Remove dependency to libxcrypt-compat

      libxcrypt-compat was removed on RHEL 10. We use it as dependency for nbdkit-vddk-pluggin package to drag it in for vddk although plugin itself do not require it.

       

      Remove the dependency to allow package installation.
