      RHEL 9.5 had a flex-doc subpackage. It is gone from RHEL 10. Please investigate why this happened and add it back if that's still desired.

      (It is possible this change happened because the flex-doc subpackage was never upstreamed into Fedora. In that case, we should fix that.)
