This is exactly the same problem as https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2269485 .

C10s currently has containers-common-0.57.3-3.el10.noarch and podman-5.0.0~rc1-3.el10.x86_64 , which together break user containers:

$ podman run -it --rm quay.io/libpod/busybox
Error: could not find slirp4netns, the network namespace can't be configured: exec: "slirp4netns": executable file not found in $PATH

i.e. there's no slirp4net dependency any more, but podman wasn't yet switched to pasta in this version. It is fixed in 5.0.0-rc4.
