Hello,
Looking to install java-21 on some servers, I realised that CentOS is only providing a portable and especially latest package (eg. java-latest-openjdk-portable.x86_64 : OpenJDK 21 Runtime Environment portable edition), while other platforms (RHEL, Alma, Rocky, Fedora) provide a dedicated java-21-openjdk package.
This is a bit annoying since we try to avoid to rely on latest packages.
Are there some plans to publish a java-21-openjdk RPM ?
Best regards
Matthias
