emacs: Refuses to run in text mode by default

      If there is graphical session (DISPLAY variable), Emacs refuses to start:

      # emacs 

(emacs:279471): Gtk-WARNING **: 06:32:34.124: cannot open display: 
# rpm -q emacs
emacs-29.2-4.el10.ppc64le

      As a workaround, it's possible to use emacs -nw.

      This is a regression from RHEL 9.
