What were you trying to do that didn't work?
Trying to build python-psycopg3 in EPEL 9, as it is needed by Django 4.2 which is needed by the mailman stack used in our mailing list infra (both CentOS and Fedora) - it's currently running on Django 3.2 which uses psycopg 2 but Django 3.2 is EOL
