What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Starting the RHEL-10 installation from an ISO image downloaded via UEFI HTTP boot results in dracut shell.
The problem looks like the one reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2149781 against RHEL-9, which was fixed by https://github.com/redhat-plumbers/dracut-rhel9/pull/57 - this change is not included in RHEL-10 dracut and for example the nd_pmem kernel module is not included in the installation initramfs.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      RHEL-10.0-20240402.11
      dracut-059-22.el10

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Start a UEFI VM, enter UEFI setup and configure HTTP boot by providing a URL to a boot.iso.
      2. Boot the medium.

      Expected results

The boot.iso is downloaded and the installer starts

      Actual results

The boot.iso is successfully downloaded, but the boot process cannot find a device to mount in order to get the installer stage2 image. There is no block device with the boot.iso.
