What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Install a package that provides drill utility. In RHEL 7 it were in ldns package. In RHEL 8 several utilities moved to separate subpackage, which is not offered in any public repository. Because these utilities are part of ldns source package, it is not possible to build them separately in EPEL repository.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. dnf --enablerepo='*' install ldns-utils
      2.
      3.

      Expected results

none, install it from at least CRB repository

      Actual results

package not found. it stays only in buildroot internal repository

      Acceptance Criteria:
ldns-utils and various ldns language bindings, like python3-ldns and perl-ldns, should be exported in any reachable repository
