With the removal of Xorg in RHEL 10, it doesn't make sense too much to still maintain xorg-x11-xinit. We'd prefer not to ship it at all, so ideally we'd like to make sure no package is still depending on it.

According to https://tiny.distro.builders/view-rpm--view-eln--xorg-x11-xinit.html, gdm still depends on it, so ideally we could get rid of this dependency.
