With the removal of Xorg in RHEL 10, it doesn't make sense too much to still maintain xorg-x11-xinit. The ideal goal would be that we don't need to ship the package in the first place.

The ibus package is still pulling in this dependency, so it would be good to remove it somehow, or split it off in a separate package which isn't shipped in RHEL 10.
