The standalone glibc32 package has been replaced by a glibc32 sub-package from the glibc package. This sub-package allows glibc to build the 32-bit libraries for gcc to use directly when building support for -m32.

1. The standalone glibc32 package needs to removed from RHEL10 Beta after we import the changes that allow glibc to build it's own glibc32 sub-package.

2. glibc32 needs to be removed as an assignable bugzilla component.
