Description of problem:
OSP16.2 is running on RHEL8.4.
Clients are experiencing the issue on their hosts creating issues with 3rd party apps installation.

Could we backport https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2097694 please.

Actual results:
/run/.containerenv file exists on the hosts.

Expected results:
/run/.containerenv file shouldn't exist.
