The svvp test job "Secure Boot Manual Logo Test" failed on WS2025.

Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

Steps to reproduce
1.Boot a WS2025 vm up, with 2 usb disks.
2.Run the Secure Boot Manual Logo Test from HLK Studio
3.Configure the use setting as the prompt, --> The test prompt said the vm will automatically restart, but the vm did not restart after all settings done, even for each restart prompt.
So we didn't see the vm will boot into the UFD #1, or boot into the UFD #2, there weren't restart happen during the test.
