      When upgrading RHEL 9 to 10, I noticed that skopeo regresses it version:

      # rpm -q --qf '%{nevra}\n' skopeo
skopeo-2:1.14.3-0.1.el9.x86_64
# dnf --assumeno --disablerepo=epel distrosync skopeo
