      When upgrading RHEL 9 to 10, I noticed that rust-srpm-macros regresses its version:

      # rpm -q --qf '%{nevra}\n' rust-srpm-macros
      rust-srpm-macros-17-4.el9.noarch
      # dnf --assumeno --disablerepo=epel distrosync rust-srpm-macros
