      When upgrading RHEL 9 to 10, I noticed that netavark regresses its version:

      # rpm -q --qf '%{nevra}\n' netavark
      netavark-2:1.10.3-1.el9.x86_64
      # dnf --assumeno --disablerepo=epel distrosync netavark
