RHEL 9 container-selinux is newer than in RHEL 10

      When upgrading from RHEL 9 to 10 I noticed that container-selinux regresses its version:

      # rpm -q --qf '%{nevra}\n' container-selinux
container-selinux-3:2.229.0-1.el9.noarch
# dnf --assumeno --disablerepo=epel distrosync container-selinux
