RHEL 10 stays on DNF4 and sst-software-management is not going to support, or build dnf5 for RHEL 10. The team is going to remove dnf5 from RHEL 10 build root RHEL-30613.
Please revert "libdnf5: Switch lorax to use libdnf5 (bcl@redhat.com)" from lorax you introduced in commit:
