Description of problem: Speaker and microphone settings are lost between logins. While I can't be sure that this is pipewire's fault, it seems likely, as settings were appropriately saved between logins in 8.3 and no longer are, and the biggest relevant change is pulseaudio -> pipewire.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      pipewire-0.3.47-2.el9_0.x86_64

      How reproducible: Always

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Login to a 9.0 system which has a choice of audio outputs (e.g. speaker and headphones)
      2. Switch to the audio output that isn't the default
      3. Check the new audio output is actually working
      4. Log out
      5. Login again and check which audio output is working

Actual results: Goes back to default settings

Expected results: (As on 8.3) keeps new choice of setting (perhaps by saving it in ~/.config/dconf/user ??)

Additional info: None, but please ask if any needed.
