21.3.4-2.el9
How reproducible:
maybe?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a 4th gen Intel CPU without any external graphic cards
2. Install RHEL9 with "Workstation" configuration

Additional info:
Workaround: Downgrade mesa-dri-drivers and mesa-filesystem to 21.3.4-1.el8 with sudo dnf install "https://dl.rockylinux.org/pub/rocky/8/AppStream/x86_64/os/Packages/m/mesa-filesystem-21.3.4-1.el8.x86_64.rpm" "https://dl.rockylinux.org/pub/rocky/8/AppStream/x86_64/os/Packages/m/mesa-dri-drivers-21.3.4-1.el8.x86_64.rpm"
