      Hi,  

      Bolt 0.9.7 was released and several new features and bugs are proposed and fixed. The details are shown as follows.  

      1. Support 'nopcie' security level when Thunderbolt
        is disabled through the BIOS setting.
      2. Document format fixes.
      3. Fix a Null log message.
