Steps to reproduce

1. Try to use bubblewrap in container with /proc mounted read-only

Expected results

bwrap can operate normally

Actual results

bubblewrap fails:

This failure is fixed by the commit from https://github.com/containers/bubblewrap/commit/4c35d7a5f92499d6ed646d4a5ffad9acc10cb432 Please backport it to fix the issue on c9s.
