Looks like cups-filters grew a new separate cups-browsed package, but it is not shipped in CS9:
Installed Packages

cups-client.x86_64 1:2.3.3op2-23.el9 @appstream
cups-filesystem.noarch 1:2.3.3op2-23.el9 @appstream

cups-filters-libs.x86_64 1.28.7-14.el9 @appstream
cups-libs.x86_64 1:2.3.3op2-23.el9 @baseos

cups-printerapp.x86_64 1:2.3.3op2-23.el9 appstream
Also, I'm not if is this is only because cups-browsed is not shipped, but you'll want to make sure the cups-browsed it installed automatically on update otherwise people will loose printing capabilities.
