Dependencies on /usr/libexec/platform-python doesn't trigger dnf to download filelists

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      insights-client has `Requires: /usr/libexec/platform-python` in its generated dependencies. When booting the RHEL 10 installer, and selecting any of the profiles with insights-client included (like server-with-gui) results in an error 

      - nothing provides /usr/libexec/platform-python needed by insights-client-3.2.2-2.el10.noarch from beaker-AppStream
