User is experiencing with Windows Services for Linux (WSL) on the latest release of Windows 10.
Based on https://github.com/Microsoft/wslg/ there is a section entitled:
"OpenGL accelerated rendering in WSLg"
that states:
"It also requires that your distro vendor chose to build and publish the new d3d12 Gallium driver to their package repository."
Graphics acceleration works at least under Ubuntu.
User would like to use to have graphics acceleration working for Intel Xe graphics cards.
We see it is not enabled for Fedora, so, for the moment just asking for comments; e.g. would need to start experiments a build adding d3d12 to -Dgallium-drivers=... list in mesa.spec
