What were you trying to do that didn't work?
There are rsyslogd errors in journal during RHEL-9.4 installation, for example:

Such errors are not present in journal when installing RHEL-9.3 GA.

- Start installation of RHEL-9.4
- Switch to TTY2 when anaconda starts
- Run journalctl
Expected results
No errors related to rsyslog
Actual results
