Please note that the python3-pyverbs subpackage of rdma-core is not currently being built in c10s (or rhel-10.0-beta). This is a result of importing the following commits from rawhide:

      https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rdma-core/c/12abba8bed181682e559c4f801c5df0d0c1cc953
      https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rdma-core/c/08235295ea5481246af7dd8ce25b7645930f0967

When I last checked, the (then) latest upstream release is still incompatible with Cython 3, so further work (beyond undoing those changes to the spec file) would still be needed.

If you no longer plan to ship pyverbs in RHEL 10 (or later), then please file a PR to split the following config out for c9s, and drop python3-pyverbs from c10s and eln:
      https://github.com/minimization/content-resolver-input/blob/main/configs/sst_network_drivers-baseos.yaml

If you still plan to fix pyverbs for RHEL 10, then feel free to use this ticket to track the work, or if you are already tracking this, close it as a duplicate. Of course, please also fix this in rawhide in parallel.
