leapp needs to warn FCoE users that RHEL 8 dropped FCoE support

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Leapp provided no warning that FCoE was dropped in RHEL 8. Customers storage no longer works after upgrading.

      leapp should provide a HIGH risk, in the leapp-report.txt, for users with FCoE who run leapp
