      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Using subscription-manager to register a rhel9 container on my red hatter work laptop running Fedora to download certain packages to compile kernels.

      Please provide the package NVR for which bug is seen:

      toolbox: 0.0.99.4 (Fedora 38)
      ubi9

      Steps to reproduce

      1.  Set up a RHEL9 container on Fedora 38
      2. Try to register it
